1. Introduction Welcome to the ABBASS Global Properties LLC Lifetime Membership Program (“Membership”). By purchasing this Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Membership Benefits As a Lifetime Member of ABBASS Global Properties LLC, you are entitled to the following benefits:

2.1. Assistance in identifying and facilitating the purchase of one or multiple properties under your name or an affiliated party’s name.

2.2. Collaboration with ABBASS Global Properties LLC representatives to identify the best and most suitable property for your requirements. However, ABBASS Global Properties LLC and its representatives make no guarantees, warranties, or claims that any property will be a good property, a good investment, or otherwise.

2.3. Access to:

• Property strategy sessions.
• Property consultations.
• Property presentations.
• Exclusive property deals.

2.4. Access to ABBASS Global Properties’ partner network for services such as conveyancing, mortgage broking, and finance broking. Please note that costs for these services will be borne by the member.

3. Lifetime Membership The Membership is valid for the lifetime of the member and cannot be transferred to another individual or entity without prior written consent from ABBASS Global Properties LLC.

4. Disclaimer 4.1. ABBASS Global Properties LLC acts solely as a facilitator in property transactions. The ultimate agreement for the purchase of any property is between the member and the property developer. ABBASS Global Properties LLC is not a party to this contractual agreement. The membership fee is not a commission paid to the Real Estate Broker or ABBASS Global Properties LLC, but rather a Consultation Fee for service.

4.2. ABBASS Global Properties LLC and its representatives make no guarantees, warranties, or claims regarding the quality, investment potential, or suitability of any property for the member’s needs.

5. Membership Refund Policy

5.1. Members may cancel their Membership and request a full refund within 90 days of purchase by emailing info@abbass.group. No questions will be asked during this process.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.

5.3. Exchange rate fluctuations may impact the refunded amount. ABBASS Global Properties LLC will not compensate for any losses arising from exchange rate differences between the date of purchase and the refund date.

5.4. Requests made after the 90-day cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, and ABBASS Global Properties LLC reserves the right to decline such requests.

6. Member Responsibilities 6.1. Members must provide accurate information when availing Membership benefits.

6.2. Members are solely responsible for costs associated with partner services, including but not limited to conveyancing, mortgage broking, and finance broking.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. ABBASS Global Properties LLC does not guarantee any financial returns or specific outcomes from property investments made by the member.

7.2. ABBASS Global Properties LLC shall not be held liable for third-party partner services or any issues arising therefrom.

8. Modifications to Terms ABBASS Global Properties LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABBASS Global Properties LLC operates.
